We’re offering free places to our Zero Carbon Britain: Live online courses, taking place 29 – 30 April 2021, 23 – 24 June 2021 and 17 – 18 November 2021. The free places are to help support those that would be otherwise unable to attend.

The online course offers an in-depth look at CAT’s research project Zero Carbon Britain, exploring how we can create a modern, zero-emissions society possible using technology that is available today.

Sessions will take place over two days, with live lectures covering a range of topics from renewable energy and energy efficiency to diets and land-use, looking at how these can work together to help us build a zero carbon future. Guest lectures will offer inspiring case studies, with previous guest lecturers including Rob Hopkins (founder of the Transition Network), Sonya Bedford (energy lawyer) and Andrew Simms (Coordinator of the Rapid Transition Alliance).

Online workshops will enable discussion and debate among participants, giving you the chance to connect with a network of professionals working in the field.
